3CORE runs a Small Business Disaster Interruption Loan Program for businesses unable to secure sufficient financing through Federal disaster programs or traditional banking channels. 3CORE also has a Business Resource Liaison program to connect businesses to various service providers based on specific business needs.
Butte College The Training Place provides COVID-19 customized workforce training and performance consulting based on needs. Training includes a remote worker series, managing virtual teams, essential business supervisor training, employee relations, labor law guidance, employer playbook training to manage physical distancing, traceability, and communication. Rapid re-employment skills training is also available.
