COVID-19 Resources and Services:

3CORE runs a Small Business Disaster Interruption Loan Program for businesses unable to secure sufficient financing through Federal disaster programs or traditional banking channels. 3CORE also has a Business Resource Liaison program to connect businesses to various service providers based on specific business needs.

Service Costs:
3CORE loan programs may be subject to loan fees and costs, these fees and costs can be financed.  Business services are available at no cost to businesses.

Service Area: 
3CORE serves businesses in Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties.

Eligibility Requirements:
Businesses applying for the Small Business Disaster Interruption Loan Program must have been affected by a disaster such as COVID-19, the Camp Fire, or PSPS.

Butte College - The Training Place

COVID-19 Resources and Services:

Butte College The Training Place provides COVID-19 customized workforce training and performance consulting based on needs. Training includes a remote worker series, managing virtual teams, essential business supervisor training, employee relations, labor law guidance, employer playbook training to manage physical distancing, traceability, and communication. Rapid re-employment skills training is also available.

Eligibility Requirements:
There is no eligibility for training services. However, companies, who meet eligibility requirements can apply for Employment Training Panel COVID19 funding.

Butte College Small Business Development Center

Butte College SBDC provides business plan consultation for recovery and pivoting business models for success; financial projections and forecasting to access capital; planning and implementation for recovery; online marketing and website development to access customers online; and guidance on the implementation of SBA Disaster funds (PPP & EIDL) for maximum forgiveness, to meet SBA requirements, and for business sustainability and success.

Job Training Center offers technical assistance and referral for business owners, including COVID-related business workshops. Recruitment services for staffing needs and training assistance for existing workforce is also provided.

The WBC at JEDI provides no cost small business consulting and mentorship with pivot strategies and business start up success.
